Future Sanctuary

Here is an artist's rendering of our future sanctuary. The design is consistent with our surrounding rural community and frees up much needed space in our current multi-purpose building for church and community programs.

This sanctuary will be the next phase of building on our current property. In preparation for this project we have developed our current multi-purpose unit, graded and landscaped our property, developed and constructed utility hook-ups, including a sewer, paved the parking lot, installed a children's playground, and provided curbing and guttering consistent with county codes.  Our goal was to break Ground in June of 2011 with a capital campaign beginning in 2009. Due to the severity of the recession we have adjusted our timeline. Our next step is to completely retire the debt from the first phase by the end of 2013. We had three loans with a total of 825,000 dollars. We have completely paid off two of those loans and we have 112,000 dollars remaining on the last loan.  Following debt retirement our next phase will be to build a commercial shell and to complete the project in stages, as we are able.  We currently have over 90,000 in the building fund for seed money to begin that campaign. The Lord has been good to us!
